Founded in 1995, Voller Realty started out as a small, family-owned and run company with Randy Voller and his father, Lot Voller. Early on Voller Realty appraised and bought distressed properties, then renovated and sold them at a profit. A steady number of listings and sales kept the Vollers busy until in 1997 when his knack for anticipating growth trends brought Randy's focus to Chatham County. In 1997, the company bought almost 100 acres of land in Pittsboro, NC and began building the development of the Chatham Forest with 200+ homesites.
